A Start

This is a simple blog I've created to just document some things as time go on.

8/25/20:
This was the beginning. I started this blog for a project and eventually it took on a life of it's own. As time went on, I had posted pictures of friends and family. The things that made me happy and the places that I had traveled to with the people I cared about most.

Over time, things changed for me, my goals changed, my surroundings changed, relationships came and went; time has a way of doing this.

I would come back to this blog over the years, alter it, add pictures, posts and sometimes remove them.

Recently, I changed the name of this blog. I took down all of the photos of the people I met along the way, the places I had traveled and the experiences that were shared between us. Don't be offended by this I only mean to keep those experiences near to my heart.

We can start something new here. Maybe it will be similar, maybe it won't. The posts above I chose to start with were of a thing that made me smile as boy. A thing that my father and I shared together. Memories of a hobby store where I met life long friends.

I am firm believer of putting messages into a bottle and casting them out to sea. In time perhaps, someone, somewhere will find it and maybe that message will matter to them the same way it mattered to me.

very interesting, both the photo's of the old mill as well as the stream bed. as proprieter of the garage/driveway where work is in progress on "The Beast" I was impressed by the interior resealing job. I also recognized the oil spot on the driveway...
